Here is a remodeling tip. Check out the article by Orchard Supply Hardware on how to re-grout tile. Also note that we have customers tell us that they were going to replace their toilet because of rust stains until they used our Cling N Clean Toilet Bowl Cleaner. So before your replace a toilet give it a try.

No problem cleaning swimming pool tile. The chlorine in a pool is at a very low concentration, so any incidental cleaner going into the pool water will have no effect. The real concern is bleach, which is a very high concentration and when mixed with acid releases chlorine gas.
How do I clean swimming pool tile? The instructions on the produce say not to mix it with chlorine.
Cleaning Tile Grout
A phosphoric acid product such as ours loosens a tiny layer of particles on the surface of the grout. Not suggested for colored grout, but amazing on white. After given a few minutes to work a stiff brush finish makes it look like new, right now.
So that is the pro, what is the con? Don’t mix and acid with bleach or you will wake up in the emergency room. You could also make a case that removing particles of grout is “eroding” it. I have never heard of anyone saying, “Can’t go out tonight because my grout eroded”. Probably because years before that the grout will have cracked and been replaced.
Our experience has been that homemade stuff like vinegar, baking soda and the like just don’t do anything in a reasonable amount of time. Before I was with EDFRED I bought an electric grout steamer because I love gadgets. My wife a got laugh watching me crouching over the bathroom floor blasting away with this wildly hissing steam wand. I think I sold it at a yard sale.
Cleaning is like making money, there are a lot of ways to do it but some are a heck of a lot easier than others.
Want a quick divorce? Tired of that housekeeping job? Want a reason to do some remodeling?
1. Misuse Shower Stall & Tile Cleaner by using on marble or terrazo, or squirt some on a stainless steel appliance letting it run and sit overnight.
2. Forget where you bought your EDFRED.
When using EDFRED Cling N Clean Toilet Bowl Cleaner, let the product do the work. Did you remember to “flush” the bowl by dumping down a bucket of water? This keeps the cleaner from getting diluted in the water and let’s it work on that nasty ring or stain at full strength. The phosphoric acid, which is in most cola drinks by the way will react with the stain and melt it away.
You don’t need pumice stone when using the toilet bowl cleaner. I apply with a brush and go do something else. It won’t hurt to leave it on for a long time if you forget about it.
